Placing an order from Modasty's boutique is really simple.
Here's how it work:
Step 1.
Select a model or design you desire.
Step 2.
Option 1: Take your measurements. Click here to directions on how to take your measurements properly.
Option 2: Send us a dress you wish us to replicate.
Step 3.
Email us your request at modastydesigns@gmail.com.
Once received, our customer service representative will contact you to review your order. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for reply.
Step 4.
After final confirmation, you will be sent an invoice via email.
Please note: Production will not being until the payment is received in full.
Modasty accepts all major credit cards and money orders. No personal checks accepted.
Step 5.
Once payment is received, you will be sent a payment confirmation and production begins.Please note that the average production time is 2 to 3 weeks depending on size, availability of material, and quantity.
Step 6.
You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been produced and shipped. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for shipping unless otherwise specified.
