Sizes & Measurements

How do provide the sizes and measurements for my order?

You simple take your measurement according to our order form and the size of the dress or garment is based off the provided information.

A second option is to mail us a dress you wish to replicate in one of our styles and models. We can take the measurements based on your dress and recreate a custom dress for you.

Please note: You are completely responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Modasty does not assume any responsibility if the garment is damaged or lost in the process.

What if my dress does not fit me?

This is highly unlikely, especially since you are providing your details measurements. We highly recommend that you provide your measurements plus a few centimeters as slack which may be taken during production. We can make modifications and alternations to your order if it does not fit exactly for an additional fee.

Price

How is the price determined?

Price is based on the measurements you provide and the length of time it takes to manufacture. Depending on your size, you may need more material to make your garment. This is one of the primary factors when customizing a garment.

Regardless of this factor, we guarantee to offer our clients the best and most affordable prices around. Remember, we are creating a garment from scratch, solely for you. You know the expression, "you get what you paid for", and we consider our designs amongst the finest in all aspects.

Are discounts offered?

Yes, ocassionaly we will have promotions and coupons for our exclusive clients and fans. We will email our members or post our deals and discounts Facebook. Please join our mailing list  or visit our Facebook page to benefit from these deals.

Manufacturing duration

How long does the manufacturing process take?

The manufacturing process depends on the size of the garment, specifications, material availability, details, and special instruction. We want to give our clients the finest product they ever had, so we make sure we put quality time to produce a quality piece.T

he average time for a basic garment is approximately 2 to 3 weeks after payment has been received. Please note, no garment will be manufactured unless full payment is received.

Color selections

Are all colors available for every model?

No, we have specified which color is available for each model. In most cases, you are choose what color you wish for your garment. If, for whatever reason, we do not have the color requested, we will inform you via email and at that time you can choose to refund your money or change your color selection.

Difference between Women's section and Girls Only section

What is the difference between the women's section and the Girls Only section?

Any and all models under the women's section is also available in girl sizes; however, the models under the 'Girls Only' section is exclusively for girls under the age of 15 years.
